Welcome to Luxe Event Designs by Sarah. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services.

Use of Services :
By using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Payment and Billing :
All payments are processed securely through Square, bank wire transfers, ACH transfers, or other approved payment methods. By submitting payment information, you authorize Luxe Event Designs by Sarah LLC to charge your selected payment method for the agreed-upon services.

• Square Payments: Clients may pay using debit or credit card via secure Square checkout.
• Wire Transfers / ACH: Direct transfers are accepted; all transfer fees are the responsibility of the client.
• Checks or Money Orders: Payable to Luxe Event Designs by Sarah LLC by prior arrangement. Services will not commence until checks are cleared.
• Payment Schedule: A non-refundable deposit (percentage specified in your service agreement) is required to reserve your date. Remaining balances must be paid in full by the due date stated in your contract.
• Late Payments: Outstanding balances past the due date may incur late fees and may result in suspension of services until payment is received.

Luxe Event Designs by Sarah LLC reserves the right to decline or cancel services if payment terms are not met. All transactions are conducted with the highest standards of data security and client confidentiality.

Booking & Cancellations :
Bookings are confirmed only after payment. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least 7 days before the scheduled event. Deposits are non-refundable.

Intellectual Property :
All content, logos, and designs are the property of Luxe Event Designs by Sarah and may not be reused without written permission.

Limitation of Liability :
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website.

Changes to Terms:
We may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of our services after updates means you agree to the revised Terms.
